Gena brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership, organizational alignment and client service to her business development management position. As a member of several Leadership Teams, she has participated in mergers and acquisitions, managed vendor relationships, and built and developed teams. Gena’s experience also includes fiscal management, strategic planning, process execution and management, change management, identifying service and process trends, providing workable solutions, managing conflict resolution, project management and training.
